Dale Kershner is no longer associated with Power Sharp Advertising, and has not been since 3-23-09 when we found out he was a con artist. He tried to illegally sell us a publication called the gay friendly yellow pages, which he claimed to own. We learned he really didn’t own it, when the real owners of Gay friendly yellow pages came forward. We then told him to leave the company. He lied to us about having a sponsorship at pride. He informed us he had paid for one and that we were going to have a booth there. We found out that was not true. He is still selling ads as gay friendly yellow pages. As you can clearly see from both the Secretary of state web site and also the Federal web site, Dale does not own gay friendly yellow pages!!! He has pulled this scam through 3 states now. Power Sharp Advertising is publishing the GLBT Yellow Pages , Which has nothing to do with Dale Kershner or the gay friendly yellow pages. you are correct in saying we do not have a booth with pride , however we do have a booth just outside of pride with a local business who is letting us hand out our books the day of pride, as well as all our distribution points will be stocked on that day! Again I state this is no way associated with pride or the center and we are not a sponsor of pride nor do we have a booth. None of our sales materials or media kits say that we are a sponsor of the pride in Denver, However we are sponsor in other Prides around the Country. ( Verification can be provided upon request) as far as other states , yes we are in other states like MA, NO, WA, MN, etc etc etc, we are opening up 2 new states every month. We are working with Oregon , WA, and Denver and various other organizations to per sue criminal charges against Dale Kershner for fraud and theft. We have been contacted by several people here locally who dale has taken money from long before we knew him. They are willing to speak to anyone who wants to inquire about this. What about the money you shaun have stolen from employees that worked their a%# off for you with promises to pay them for their commissions? What about the numerous markets you have opened and took business people’s money only to close the market after a few weeks. THAT IS A SCAM!! Power Sharp Advertising takes money from people also!! FRUAD!!
