As someone who chose to go through an ex-gay program I made a video taking Sarah Palin to task for her absurd claim homosexuality is a choice (comically and with righteous sass I might add).

Glad you survived it.
I went the long way around self-loathing: Bible College (graduated Valedictorian, of course) and 6 years of marriage to a woman.
Why are Christians so excited to pimp out their women? Maybe straight Christian guys should pretend to be gay so they can get some holy ho.
My wife claims I wrecked her life and after 20 years of thinking, I believe it hurt her severely and damaged her trust in men; but she’ll have to recover on her own. My marriage probably save my life — we were married 1982–1989, the emergence of AIDS.
Now when someone says to me that homosexuality is a choice, I ask them how they chose heterosexuality. When they ask me WHY I chose to be homosexual, I say, “After 4 years of Bible College and 6 years of marriage, I decided I’d rather sit on a dick than put up with any of that bullshit.”
